We’re sorry for the delay in posting this review, which we recorded in November, 2015. This one, however, is worth the wait (the whisky, that is!): the fine George Dickel Sour Mash! Our thanks to our good friends Steve and Maureen for this wonderful gift!

The spirits we find the most fun to review are those that display extreme changes in character when sampled in more than one fashion. Adding a drop of water to George Dickel Sour Mash gives it one of the most radical changes we’ve ever experienced!
