We get back on track with this sampling of one of our favorite beers: the 1803 Fat Ox Ale, brewed by CB Brewing Co. for Genesee Country Village & Museum, where Bill and Jim play vintage base ball.

This brew is very close to our favorite beer, the Poor Richard’s Ale, combining a fresh coffee and caramel aroma with a bit of IPA bitterness and the smoothness of an amber ale. For us, Fat Ox Ale has meant summertime, base ball, and fun ever since its introduction!
